CEO
Jason is an investor and operator, who has been on the board of iotum since 2006. He became CEO IN 2011.
In 1998, Jason co-founded Navantis and led growth as President for thirteen award-winning years. Navantis was sold to Datavail in 2017.
Jason has served boards for several North American private companies and he chaired one public company. He advocates for entrepreneurial spirit in young people and has mentored or taught for the University of Toronto, Queens University and for NEXT Canada. He has been an active member of YPO (www.ypo.org) since 2004 and was YPO Toronto Chapter Chair 2015-2016. Jason’s business articles have appeared on MSNBC.com and in Inc. Magazine.
Jason lives with his wife and children in Toronto.

COO
As head of operations, all technical and customer-provision aspects of iotum’s product development and network operations report to Noam.
Noam has been a member of the iotum team since the beginning and has architected a number of patented technologies for iotum’s web and switch platforms.
Noam built his exceptional skills in practical engineering working for next-generation IT hardware companies in Canada. He has designed algorithms for 3G mobile chipsets and has developed embedded computing systems for a variety of industrial uses. He has a knack for organizing teams and a passion for agile methodologies.
An avid outdoorsman and true-blood Canuck, Noam can start a roaring campfire using only coffee grounds and his fingernail. He plays hockey.
Noam graduated as an Electrical Engineer from McGill University in Montreal.
Noam lives with his wife and children in Toronto.

CFO
Graham manages administration and finance for iotum.
He has previously held CFO roles at Peraso Technologies, a fabless semiconductor start-up, and evandtec, a clean technology equipment company, and has spent over twenty years in the private equity investment field, including over a decade with two large Canadian venture capital firms.
Graham’s background in venture finance and technology management is extensive. Graham has served on several Board of Directors, including as Chairman of major host provider Q9 Networks. Graham holds the CFA and CPA (CMA) designations and is a graduate of McMaster University.

As head of marketing, Dora is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales readiness programs that support business objectives and drive revenue.
Dora is a seasoned business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing expert with over 12 years of industry experience. She began her career in experiential marketing gaining unparalleled hands-on experience with customers and prospects which now attributes to her customer-centric mantra. For the past 6 years, she has specialized in demand generation at iotum showing a true passion for UCaaS.
